FIREFIGHTER LA JOYA VFD, LA JOYA TX MAR 1993 – JUL1995

Seeing the need for manpower, our high school group of friends signed up to be volunteer firefighters right as we were about to start our sophomore year. I learned the importance of community involvement and humility when assisting others.

Responded to emergency calls, including structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, and hazardous materials incidents.
